The fixed price package meant the final cost didn't change and gave us a lot of confidence. Every staff member of Firstyle has been tremendously helpful and gone above and beyond - Ken, Rebecca, Adriana and Andrew. Special thanks to Andrew for being so friendly, prompt to look into things and having our house completed in excellent condition well before the expected completion date. We had a fantastic experience, and if we ever decide to build again we will definitely go back to Firstyle. I can't thank Firstyle homes enough for making the start of our home building process so pleasant.
Any problems during the build would always be fixed immediately without us even asking. We are at the process of building our first home with Firstyle. Choosing a home builder and learning the entire building process is an arduous process. You end up spending your weekends going through dozens of display homes and saying hello to a ton of sales consultants. Sometimes you’re not quite sure who the perfect local builder for your dream home really is.
Nothing was too much trouble and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Huge thank you to our supervisor, Andrew, for his attentiveness and professionalism. Also, in our nighbourhood we have family who built with FS and they seems to be happy about the quality of work. I am building with Firstyle, and like all builders they have + and -'s. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. Lost the call with the first agent and they did not call back but I called and talked to Ronalyn. She helped me with getting me the info for the agent for the property I’m interested in. Checking with Ronalyn if there is someone else that could assist with my questions.

Call it fate or what it may be, but I am really quite glad that we ended up at your office and returned the following day to kick off the process. My Best Recommendation
I would like to mention when NSW announced lockdown the build stopped for a while to no fault of Firstyle but Kobie and Lance did an excellent job managing it as soon as the restrictions eased. Companies can't alter or remove reviews from ProductReview.com.au. Since then the lower level has been completed and the second story frame and roof trust have gone up and all windows have been installed also. We have found both the Construction Manager and our Site Manager to be very helpful to date. Our site manager has been working very closely with us on some custom changes we requested which is great.
Betty & Mel are both extremely pleasant to deal with. They have both provided & continue to provide excellent service & are very knowledgeable in answering any questions we have. We are only halfway through our build but can see the quality in our building foundation. My husband & I are looking forward to continuing & finalising our build with Mel & Betty.
One of the best things about building your home is the freshness you feel. It’s yours and it’s something to show for all your hard work. However, there is a HUGE issue at play here and that’s the mortgage you’re left with. In when we did, ahead of the latest price increases. Always willing to answer 1 last question (even though you knew there's plenty more where that came from).
As a first time home buyer it is overwhelming experience. Geoff has attention to details and listens to our requirements and is very understanding and tries to accommodate our requirements. Our land is registered now and we can’t wait for our dream home to be built. I am currently in the pre-construction stage of my build and I can say that so far, Firstyle Homes and Jodie Howe have been excellent and patient with me. They have answered all my queries promptly whether they were via email or text messages.
