The pre-construction process can generally take somewhere between 4-6 months, however you’ll be pleased to know that Firstyle provide a 9 month fixed price tender period in case you need more time. Firstly, the initial design and planning stage is crucial in ensuring that you achieve the best possible outcome on your land and that your design meets your family needs. Once you have completed the design work with your sales executive and accepted your tender, we will proceed to drawing your final plans for lodgment. The final lodgment plans will be presented to you for your review and approval.
